About this position
SoftTeco is looking for a Senior .NET Fullstack Developer to join a long-term international project focused on cloud-based IoT solutions. The platform enables device connectivity, real-time operations, and secure data exchange through a modern Azure ecosystem. We are looking for an engineer with strong .NET and Angular expertise, experience working with connected-device or IoT platforms, and a solid understanding of cloud-native architectures and distributed systems.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain cloud services supporting connected devices and IoT workflows
- Build end-to-end integrations between devices, cloud infrastructure, and web applications
- Design and implement event-driven solutions for telemetry, synchronization, and remote operations
- Develop end-to-end functionality connecting cloud services with distributed systems and external components
- Collaborate with product owners, designers, and engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Participate in code reviews and promote development best practices
- Create automated tests and contribute to CI/CD processes
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and support existing applications and services
- Ensure security best practices across application design and development
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Technical Skills
- 5+ years of experience in .NET/C# development
- Strong hands-on experience with IoT/connected devices/device-to-cloud architectures
- Proven experience building end-to-end IoT solutions (cloud-to-device communication, telemetry, remote operations)
- Strong understanding of messaging patterns, event-driven systems, and real-time data processing
- Experience with Angular and TypeScript
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud platform
- Solid understanding of microservices and API-first architecture
- Experience with REST APIs and asynchronous communication systems
- Knowledge of GraphQL
- Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines
- Understanding of authentication, authorization, and secure software design (OAuth2/OIDC or similar)
- English level B2 or higher.
- Nice to have:
- Experience with MQTT or Kafka
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (Grafana, OpenTelemetry)
- Experience with Azure IoT/Digital Twin platforms
- Kubernetes knowledge
- Experience with DevSecOps practices and security-driven delivery.
