Receive Your Voucher
Our clients receive service vouchers as part of their ongoing collaboration with SoftTeco. The voucher is distributed in an electronic format and includes details such as the type of service it provides, the number of hours available, and the validity period. You can use it yourself or transfer to a third party who might be interested in utilizing this service.
Redeem Your Voucher
Enter the voucher code in the special form provided below to activate the service.
Specialist Selection
Once the voucher is redeemed, the account manager will contact you. SoftTeco will then start the process of selecting the appropriate specialist for your business needs. It may take up to 2 weeks depending on the specifics and availability of the right specialist.
Utilize Your Service
That’s it! After the specialist is selected, you can start utilizing the service hours included in your voucher.
