Aliaksei Minkevich is a member of the board of directors in SoftTeco and his main area of focus is establishing robust software engineering culture across the company and increasing the proficiency level of employees. With an Executive Master of Business Administration degree from the IPM Business School and an extensive experience in project management, Aliaksei helps SoftTeco identify and establish main areas of growth through the improvement of employees’ skills and knowledge.
In 2015, Aliaksei became a co-founder of the Project Management School and later, he published a book on project management that has become one of the staples for anyone interested in actionable recommendations on managing their teams and projects.

Aliaksei is a three-time national champion in the TimeAttack competition and won BMW monocup in rally as a pilot.
