About this position
We are looking for an experienced Senior Frontend/App Developer with 5+ years of professional experience and deep expertise in Vue 3 and modern cross-platform frameworks to take full ownership of the client-side development of a critical business application.
Project overview
The project is a mission-critical airline operations application — a cross-platform tool (iOS, Android, PWA) designed for ground personnel and crew. The project involves developing a highly reliable, intuitive, and offline-capable interface that integrates seamlessly with an existing in-house .NET/C# backend via auto-generated NSwag clients.
The core objective is to deliver a stable, performant app that serves as the primary digital interface for essential operational workflows in demanding airport environments.
Responsibilities
- Full-cycle frontend development with Vue 3, TypeScript, Ionic & Tailwind;
- State management, routing, forms and validation (Pinia, Vue Router);
- Integration with .NET/C# REST API via NSwag clients (error/loading handling);
- Implementation of offline features and mobile-specific functionality;
- Building, signing and releasing native apps (iOS/Android) via Capacitor and app stores;
- Ensuring quality through testing (Vitest, Cypress), code reviews and CI/CD (Azure DevOps).
Must-have skills
- 5+ years of professional frontend development experience;
- Core Stack: Vue 3 (Composition API), TypeScript, Ionic (Vue) & Capacitor, Tailwind CSS;
- State & Routing: Pinia, Vue Router, Form Validation;
- API & Mobile: REST integration (axios/f;etch), mobile build & signing workflows for iOS/Android;
- Testing: Vitest/Jest and Cypress/Playwright (basic CI readiness);
- DevOps: Git and CI/CD (Azure DevOps preferred).
Nice-to-have skills
- Backend familiarity: .NET/C# understanding for effective API alignment and collaboration with the backend team;
- Advanced Features: Auth/OIDC (Azure AD B2C), PWA, Push Notifications, Offline Strategies;
- UX Standards: Internationalization (i18n), Accessibility (a11y).
Work schedule and format
- Full-time position. This position can be fully remote;
- Flexible schedule from Monday to Friday. Most of our team members work from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.
Selection process
- Competency based interview with a Recruiter & Check English (30 min);
- Technical interview covering skills with SoftTeco expert (1 hour);
- Client-side interview in English;
- Final HR interview to discuss work conditions and salary.
