About this position
SoftTeco is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with hands-on Salesforce experience.
The project involves supporting and enhancing Automotive Salesforce consultancy. You will work with automotive clients — including OEMs, retailers, leasing companies, and partners — helping them maximize the platform’s benefits through expert guidance and implementation. You will be part of a cross-functional, distributed team of about 10 specialists.
Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyze, and document detailed business and technical requirements;
- Define and manage project scope to prioritize delivery of critical features;
- Facilitate communication between the client and development team, ensuring clear understanding of needs;
- Develop and maintain all project documentation, including specifications and acceptance criteria;
- Validate delivered solutions through acceptance testing to ensure they meet agreed requirements;
- Proactively communicate with clients on requirement status, changes, and updates;
- Identify process gaps and collaborate with stakeholders to implement effective solutions;
- Ensure the final solution aligns with business objectives and delivers maximum client value.
Technical skills
- Minimum 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst;
- Hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform, including configurations, customizations, and reporting;
- Proven experience with web platform development and user-centric design;
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence);
- Experience with CRM integrations, specifically integrating Salesforce with other systems (e.g., ERP, third-party applications);
- Hands-on experience in requirement documentation (e.g., user stories, BRD, SRS) and performing acceptance testing;
- Understanding of AI technologies and their business applications.
Non-technical skills
- Excellent English language skills (both written and verbal, minimum B2 level);
- Excellent analytical abilities to gather, define, and document requirements, analyze complex business processes, and propose efficient solutions;
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to effectively translate client needs to technical teams and manage stakeholder expectations;
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and navigate project constraints (timelines, resources);
- Experience in the automotive industry is a strong plus.
Interview process
- Competency-based interview with a Recruiter & English check (30 min);
- Technical interview covering relevant skills with SoftTeco’s experts (1 hour);
- Client-side interview in English;
- Final HR interview to discuss work conditions and salary.
