Itelgie is a dynamic European startup that caters to the needs of professional service companies like consultancies, agencies, and IT services across Europe and North America. They were looking for a technology partner to bring their business idea to life. Itelgie asked SoftTeco to develop a modular SaaS ecosystem that would help their clients to achieve operational clarity and alignment through automated, connected tools.
Challenge
The client observed that many companies, from SMBs to enterprises, were facing the same operational pains. Large, distributed team management, disconnected HR systems, slow project coordination, and limited visibility into employee performance led to reduced productivity and misalignment across departments.
Itelgie envisioned a single platform that could unify business activities, yet remain flexible enough for businesses to adopt only the modules they needed. The key challenge was to design a system that combines enterprise-level reliability with SMB-friendly simplicity, which can be adopted across a wide range of industries and organizational types. It had to support scalable growth for organizations, without demanding heavy customization or lengthy setup.

Solution
SoftTeco became Itelgie’s end-to-end technology partner, responsible for design, development, and deployment of a fully modular SaaS platform. We built a solution that connects the entire operational lifecycle, from hiring and onboarding to project execution and reporting.
The team began with business analysis and requirements to define user roles, process flows, and modular system logic. Based on these insights, our architecture team designed a scalable SaaS infrastructure that supports multiple deployment models while ensuring data isolation, security, and optimal performance.
Our experts developed UX/UI design, creating a clean, intuitive interface to simplify daily operations for both managers and employees. The development team implemented the front- and backend components using React, TypeScript, Java, Nest.js, Node.js, and other technologies, building each module to function independently yet integrate seamlessly within any ecosystem.
Throughout development, the team performed multi-level testing, including unit, integration, load, and security testing, to guarantee system stability and data integrity. After successful internal validation, the platform was deployed in a controlled environment for pilot usage and feedback collection. Based on real-world performance metrics, SoftTeco further optimized scalability and user experience before launching the product to market. Following thorough acceptance testing, we deployed the system for internal validation and later brought it to market as a commercial SaaS product.
