EasyRegister is a white-label product that is designed to help companies assemble a pool of needed talents in an easy and swift manner. It is a web application with responsive design that runs equally well on the most popular mobile platforms (iOS, Android, Windows Phone). The solution uses advanced tools to guarantee complete safety of the users’ personal data and to mitigate any risks of the data theft.
EasyRegister was designed to empower organizations with a tool that allows quick assembly of talents in a secured database. The client has complete control over the server and can select the needed APIs for access restriction. The system is highly scalable and can fit an organization of any size and type. The opportunity to add any needed functional grants complete customization in accordance with the business needs.
Server Security
The system is hosted on Amazon AWS server and has limited number of APIs that have access to it. The client can change the APIs with access at any time.
As well, the client can choose the preferred location for server hosting in accordance to the business needs.
How it Works
Upon signing up, every person receives a unique token generated in the back-end. The token is connected to the user’s record in the database and cannot be stolen or used for two users.
The user needs to enter personal information (phone number) to become a member of the database. After successful registration, the user will have to complete a survey that will determine future assigned tasks for this user.
In case the user has to skip the session in the middle, the system will send a confirmation code to the registered phone number upon the next login attempt. This is done in order to enhance the security of a user’s profile and personal data. The system uses HTTPS protocol for secure communication and PostgreSQL as the database of choice.
