About this position

SoftTeco is looking for a talented and experienced UI/UX designer to join our team. You will be responsible for designing user interfaces for web and mobile applications, working with prototypes, developing and implementing design concepts, and improving existing interfaces.

Responsibilities

Designing interfaces for web and mobile platforms;
Creating concepts and implementing them;
Working with prototypes;
Conducting analysis of design solutions;
Improving existing interfaces;
Collaborating with the development team;
Presenting design work to the team and agreeing on solutions.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in interface design;
Knowledge and understanding of design fundamentals: color, typography, composition;
Understanding of how design works in the digital environment;
Understanding of visual communication and branding basics;
A strong portfolio;
Attention to detail and ability to create pixel-perfect layouts;
Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch/Figma;
Ability and willingness to work in a team;
English language proficiency at least B2 (upper-intermediate);
Strong communication skills with the ability to constructively discuss, justify, and defend design decisions;
Experience in related design fields will be a plus;
Skills in animation, 3D, or illustration will be an advantage.

Work schedule

Full-time position;
Flexible schedule from Monday to Friday. Most of our team members work from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.
