About this position

The program focuses on self-paced learning, with practical workshops and Q&A sessions with a personal mentor, all while receiving constant support from SoftTeco experts.

Program

Frontend
- Week 1: Dive deep into JS, HTML, CSS. Basics of TypeScript;
- Week 2-4: Learning React and Next.js;
Backend
- Week 5-6: Topics to investigate and explore;
- Week 7-8: Learning NestJS and test backend project;
Final Project

At the end of each stage, you’ll present your progress and the challenges you’ve overcome, and receive feedback.

The internship ends with a test, and based on the results, a decision will be made about your future employment.

Requirements for starting the program

Good English skills. This is key to your success at the company, as most communication with clients is conducted in English. Our English teacher will assess your skills in a short online conversation;
Technical knowledge. Understanding algorithms, data structures, OOP, SQL, and database fundamentals. Additionally, proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS is required;
Practical experience. It would be a plus to have hands-on experience in software development with any programming language.

Application Steps

Resume. Send us a well-structured resume that highlights your experience, skills, technical projects, as well as strong academic performance and involvement in extracurricular activities;
Test. We will ask you to complete a technical test. You will have 7 days to complete the task;
English Proficiency. Our teacher will assess your level in a short online conversation;
Interview. We will arrange an online and in-person meeting with your mentor to discuss your current knowledge and areas for growth. During the interview, we will also provide you with detailed information about SoftTeco’s structure, benefits, and corporate culture.

This training is intended for Polish citizens or specialists who have permanent residence in Poland. Most of SoftTeco’s trainees are graduates of Polish universities or students of engineering disciplines.
