About this position

SoftTeco is looking for an in-house SEO Specialist with strong analytical skills to join our dynamic Marketing team. In this role, you will work on various SEO projects, collaborating closely with SEO specialists and link-building experts.
You will handle all aspects of site optimization, from indexation and on-page optimization to technical issues and competitive website analysis.

Responsibilities

Conducting SEO audits and analyzing the current performance of websites;
Content optimization: collaborating with the content management team to create and optimize pages and articles based on SEO requirements;
Developing and implementing strategies to increase organic traffic;
Analyzing the market to find opportunities for improving search engine rankings;
Link building: developing a link-building strategy;
Monitoring technical SEO: working on fixing indexing errors, optimizing site loading speed, and ensuring proper meta tag settings;
Conducting and supporting migrations of large web projects: planning, implementing, and ensuring the preservation of SEO metrics when transferring websites;
Preparing analytical reports and providing data on the results of your work.

Technical skills

At least 2-3 years of professional experience in SEO;
In-depth knowledge of analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and others;
Expertise in planning and executing migrations of large websites, including multilingual versions and sites with a large number of pages;
Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors;
Knowledge of HTML, CSS;
Experience working with popular CMS platforms such as WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, Magento, Shopify, and others.

Non-technical skills

The ability to analyze data, draw well-founded conclusions, and propose strategies to improve performance;
English language proficiency at B2 level or higher;
Strong teamwork and communication skills;
Knowledge of current SEO trends and the ability to adapt to changes in search engine algorithms.

Work schedule

Full-time position;
Work format of your choice: remote, office, or hybrid;
Flexible schedule from Monday to Friday. Most of our team members work from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Interview process

Competency based interview with a Recruiter & Check English (30-45 min);
Technical interview covering the candidate’s skills with our Hiring Manager and SoftTeco’s Expert (1 hour);
Final HR interview to discuss work conditions and salary.
