About this position

We are looking for a skilled MS Dynamics NAV Developer with hands-on ETL experience to join our dynamic team. You will contribute to system enhancements, maintain configurations, implement integrations, and support data migration.

The project is based on MS Dynamics NAV 2009 Classic, equipped with a full suite of modules, optimized for processing large data volumes, and integrated with external systems such as e-commerce platforms, BI services, routing solutions, and more.

Your main responsibility will be migrating two key modules—Production Automation and WMS (Warehouse Management System)—to MS Dynamics NAV 2018. The role also involves ongoing ERP improvements, automating new processes, and expanding integrations.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and assess development requirements;
  • Enhance existing standard functionality and develop new features in NAV;
  • Support the integration of external systems;
  • Provide ongoing support for existing functionality;
  • Engagement in Agile team processes.

Technical skills

  • Over 2 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics NAV;
  • Strong proficiency in C/AL (C/SIDE);
  • Experience with NAV modules including Finance, Accounting, Inventory Management, WMS, and LS Retail;
  • Knowledge of Transact-SQL;
  • Experience developing NAV components using C++ / C# will be a plus;
  • Having experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013 or later versions will be an advantage;
  • Experience with integrations involving external systems such as Oracle BI, Hyperion, QlikView, IBM DemandTec, and SET Retail will be a plus.

Non-technical skills

  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing contexts;
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team;
  • Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn;
  • English proficiency at B1 level, enabling daily communication with English-speaking stakeholders.

Interview process

  • Competency based interview with a Recruiter & Check English (30-45 min);
  • Technical interview covering the candidate’s skills with our SoftTeco’s Expert (1 hour);
  • Client-side interview in English (1 hour);
  • Final HR interview to discuss work conditions and salary.
