About this position

We are looking for an experienced Backend Developer with expertise in Dynamics 365 to contribute to a strategic project in the European banking sector. The project focuses on integrating core banking systems with modern banking practices and technologies.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for integrating legacy systems and technologies into Dynamics 365 across several key banking modules.

  • Support the Sales module by integrating:

    – Loan origination platforms (sales pipeline and conversion tracking);
    – Document management systems (SharePoint, M-Files);
    – Digital signature platforms (DocuSign, Adobe Sign);
    – Identity management systems (Azure AD B2C, in-house SSO).

  • Unify Customer Profile module by connecting:

    – Core banking systems (e.g., Flexcube, T24);
    – Legacy CRM data;
    – Mobile and web banking activity;
    – Marketing platforms (Adobe Campaign, Mailchimp);
    – External credit agencies (Experian, Equifax).

  • Implement integrations within the Customer Service module: 

    – Chatbot and AI support tools (Power Virtual Agents, Azure Bot Service);
    – Telephony systems and CTI platforms (e.g., Genesys, Twilio);
    – Core banking ticketing and escalation systems;
    – Customer feedback tools (Medallia, Qualtrics);
    – Knowledge base and internal FAQ systems.

  • Enable marketing automation by integrating:

    – Mobile banking apps and email delivery platforms;
    – Event management systems;
    – Customer segmentation and analytics dashboards;
    – Consent and preference management tools (GDPR compliant);
    – External analytics (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel).

  • Support Finance Operations module by connecting:

    – ERP and general ledger systems (SAP, Oracle);
    – Payment processing APIs (SWIFT, SEPA, Stripe, PayPal);
    – Regulatory compliance and tax engines;
    – AML/KYC reporting systems.

  • Integrate HR systems including:

    – Payroll providers (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors);
    – Identity and access management (Azure AD, Okta);
    – Learning management systems (Moodle, Cornerstone);
    – HR analytics tools.

  • Implement integrations within the Project Operations module:

    – Time tracking tools (e.g., Jira, DevOps Boards);
    – Financial project systems or cost management tools;
    – Resource planning and forecasting tools.

Technical skills

  • Over 4 years of experience in backend development;
  • Solid background in backend development using C# and .NET;
  • Expertise in Azure cloud platform, including app services, networking, and monitoring;
  • Proven experience in integrating Dynamics 365 and other enterprise applications;
  • In-depth knowledge of API security, authentication mechanisms, and performance optimization;
  • Hands-on experience with microservices architecture.

Work schedule

  • Full-time position;
  • Flexible schedule from Monday to Friday. Most of our team members work from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.
