About this position

We are looking for a Recruiter Assistant (Researcher) to join our company. Our international recruitment team consists of 10 excellent professionals and simply good people. We also offer reasonable and transparent management, well-established processes, and an efficient ATS.

Responsibilities

  • Search for candidates for IT positions (LinkedIn, career sites, Telegram channels, social networks).
  • Communicating with candidates and scheduling interviews.
  • Managing correspondence and scheduling interviews.
  • Conducting phone and online pre-interviews.
  • Reporting.
  • Company training.

Requirements

  • 6+ months of experience in an IT company or recruitment agency.
  • Strong basic skills in sourcing, working with LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
  • Proficiency in English (Upper-Intermediate level or higher).
  • HR-related education or relevant courses in recruitment, marketing, or IT sales.
  • A strong desire to grow in IT recruitment.
  • Advanced research skills and the ability to independently find answers to complex technical questions.
  • Analytical thinking.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Work Schedule

  • Full-time position.
  • Flexible schedule from Monday to Friday. Most of our team members work from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm. After the trial period, remote work is possible.
