About this position

As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with business stakeholders and technical experts to gather, assess, and document requirements for customizing and configuring the client’s application. Your role will also involve creating user stories, testing scenarios, and validation criteria to ensure the solution meets client needs throughout the development and testing phases.

Responsibilities

  • Communication with the client;
  • Communication with a dev team;
  • ⁠Conducting meetings with stakeholders;
  • ⁠Working with requirements (gathering, analysis, prioritization);
  • ⁠Writing user stories;
  • Creation of software documentation and artifacts (e.g., SRS, user flows, manuals);
  • Creation of wireframes.

Technical skills

  • 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst (System Analyst);
  • Strong understanding of business analysis fundamentals (system analysis) in IT;
  • ⁠Proficient in analyzing and documenting requirements, management, and modeling;
  • ⁠Proficient in managing requirements throughout the project, and familiar with key project lifecycle models;
  • ⁠Knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe);
  • Excellent analytical skills (ability to work with varying levels of uncertainty, transform complex inputs into structured artifacts, and handle complex products with numerous stakeholders);
  • Advanced skills in creating and maintaining BA documentation;
  • Experience in pre-sale activities;
  • Experience with elicitation requirements for system integration will be an advantage;
  • Experience in developing user interface drafts will be a plus.

Non-technical skills

  • Degree in a technical or economic field;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
  • ⁠Ability to transform vague and unstructured information into clear, actionable requirements;
  • ⁠Strong understanding of Agile principles;
  • ⁠Experience in Scrum framework;
  • Nice to have a product mindset and a technical background;
  • English level: B2+.

Work schedule

  • Full-time position;
  • Flexible schedule from Monday to Friday. Most of our team members work from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Interview process

  • Interview with a Recruiter & Check English (30 – 45 min);
  • Technical interview with our BA expert (1 hour).
