About this position

We are looking for a Business Analyst who will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technical experts to gather, assess, and document requirements for customizing and configuring the client’s application. The Business Analyst will also be responsible for creating user stories, testing scenarios, and validation criteria to support development and testing phases, ensuring the delivered solution meets client needs.

Responsibilities

  • Communicating with clients;
  • Communicating with the development team;
  • Leading meetings with stakeholders;
  • Working with requirements (gathering, analysis, prioritization);
  • Writing User Stories;
  • Creating software documentation and artifacts (SRS, user flows, manuals, etc.);
  • Creating wireframes.

Technical skills

  • 2.5 + years of experience as a Business Analyst (System Analyst);
  • Deep knowledge of business analysis fundamentals in IT;
  • Skilled in analyzing, documenting, managing requirements, and modeling;
  • Knowledge of key project lifecycle models;
  • Knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe);
  • Excellent analytical skills, including proficiency in working with varying levels of uncertainty, transforming complex inputs into structured artifacts, and the ability to manage complex products involving a significant number of stakeholders;
  • Advanced experience creating and maintaining BA documentation;
  • Experience with pre-sale activities;
  • As an advantage: experience with eliciting requirements for system integration and developing drafts of user interfaces.

Non-technical skills

  • Education in technology or economics;
  • Adaptable and capable of working in a fast-paced environment;
  • Skilled in converting vague, unstructured information into clear requirements;
  • Understanding of Agile principles and Scrum framework;
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher;
  • Nice to have: product mindset and technical background.

Work schedule

  • Full-time position;
  • Flexible schedule from Monday to Friday. Most of our team members work from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.
