SoftTeco together with the Danish customer won the Legal Tech Awards 2021 with the Boardplace Asmbly project. The past winners include such names as LegalHero, Contractbook, and CLA by Penneo, and we are proud that our mutual work was recognized so highly by the organizers of the award.
Boardplace is a platform that allows companies to hold either online or physical meetings and perform corporate voting. The primary focus of the solution is security so our team deployed end-to-end encryption to ensure no unauthorized users can enter the meeting or access its documentation.
The biggest advantage of the platform that sets it apart from alternative solutions is its completely secretive voting system. In Boardplace, an administrator cannot see who participants vote for, ensuring vote fairness and anonymity. As well, voters can access a meeting only via an invitation link that is generated uniquely for each participant.
Right now, SoftTeco continues to work on the platform and the team is planning to implement new functionality that will leverage the voting process. We are pleased to be part of such an impactful project and we hope to continue the long-term partnership with the client.
