About this position

Project: Smart service for remote payments B2C | B2B which helps small and medium-sized businesses in the US save time, increase cash flow and achieve better results. The product started 4 years ago and has been growing rapidly since 2020.

Technical skills:

7+ years in software development.
React 5+ years.
NodeJS 3+ years.
Any relevant experience in the backend on another technology will also be suitable. Must have a general understanding of NodeJS and a desire to increase expertise in it.
AWS 3+ years.
Experience writing tests – e2e / integration / unit.
System design.
Incident management.
Excellent troubleshooting skills.

Non-technical skills:

English B2.
3+ years of experience leading teams (minimum 3-4 people). Preferably on projects that already have real users in prod (several thousands MAU).
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Organizational and time-management skills.
Project management and planning skills.
Decision-making skills.
Conflicts resolutions skills – internal and cross-team.
